He recently worked on African Declaration on Internet Rights and Freedoms and has been part of critical actors engaging states and ICT companies on how to balance cybersecurity interventions and respect for freedom online. He also has expertise in media law, digital rights, access to information and governance. Henry is skilled in programme management and fundraising, and has a LLM (Master of Laws degree) in international development, law and human rights from Warwick University in the UK. He also holds degrees in journalism and education.
