Babette Ngene

Director, Internews’ Digital Rights Programs

Babette Ngene is the Director of Internews’ Digital Rights Programs, where she has led and overseen the organization internet freedom portfolio since 2014. Previously, Babette worked on rule of law initiatives, as well as democracy and governance issues for Freedom House and, the National Democratic Institute. She holds an L.L.B in International Law from the University of Yaoundé II, Cameroon, and an L.L.M in International Law from the Washington College of Law at American University.
